The $102,000.00 retaining wall project is being funded by a $62,000.00 Ohio Department of Natural
Resources NatureWorks grant and the balance funded by the Village with force labor and in-kind
contributions.
Work began on the wall March 15, 2006 was finished June 15th.
This improvement made the boat ramp park area much nicer with a new sidewalk and fence at the top
of the bank to view the river.
