Chapman, and Rodney C Armstrong. Bob was appointed to serve as council member on April 10, 1976 and has been elected and served on Council including several terms as Council President until he became acting Mayor upon Mayor Gaskin's death on Feb. 5, 2010. He was sworn in as Mayor Feb. 19, 2010 to fill the unexpired term of Mayor ending Dec. 31, 2011. |
